In Russia, AST has licensed back-to-school rights from this year until 2012 with the deal also including other Rainbow brands Winx Club and Maya Fox. Winx Club is the No. 1 girls' property in Russia, selling 500,000 magazines a month, while PopPixie is selling 100,000 magazines per month, even before the launch of its TV show.
French company Tennesse has signed a two-year deal for the back-to-school rights in France, Dom Tom, Monaco, French-speaking Belgium, French-speaking Switzerland and Andorra. The deal includes backpacks and trolley backpacks.
"PopPixie" has been sold to French broadcasters France Télévision and Teletoon. The licensing rights are held by France Télévision Distribution.
