The Australian Broadcasting Corporation has licensed the television rights to The Collective’s “Annoying Orange,” in the first international deal for the series.

Currently airing its first season on Cartoon Network in the U.S., the show is inspired by the YouTube series of the same name, which has more than 1 billion views.

“Annoying Orange” will premiere early next year on ABC3, a digital TV channel geared to kids ages 6 to 15.

The broadcast deal was brokered by Stella Projects, which, along with Gaffney Global Licensing, represents the Annoying Orange brand in Australia and New Zealand.
