American Greetings Properties, the intellectual property and outbound licensing division of American Greetings, has named Peter Baghdassarian vice president of business affairs.

As head of business affairs, Baghdassarian will oversee production, co-production, and entertainment financing on The Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake and all new entertainment productions. In addition, Baghdassarian will aid in strategic planning across all of AGP’s businesses including entertainment, licensing, distribution and new media.
