American Greetings Properties has appointed Frank Fink as vice president of business affairs, where he will be responsible for negotiating development and co-production deals and new property acquisitions.
Fink will also handle worldwide entertainment sales and distribution. He joins AGP in the full-time role. Fink had worked with American Greetings in 2000 as part of the acquisition of online marketing company eAgents and later served as general counsel of AG Interactive. Then in 2007, he transitioned to the business side of the company, having led operations for the AG Intellectual Property Group, which included AG Interactive and AG Properties.
