AGP Inks Publishing Deals in Europe

In Western Europe, Spain-based publishing house Editorial Bruño will publish a series of story, coloring, activity and baby books and Panini Verlags for both a story book and a magazine line in Germany.

Portugal-based Edicoes ASA will produce Strawberry Shortcake activity, novelty and story books; and Redan Publishing Limited will feature Strawberry Shortcake on the cover of Sparkle World Annual magazine in the U.K. and Ireland.

Lastly, American Greetings Properties and CPLG have established a strong publishing program in France for the property with Hachette Livres, M6, Turbulences Presse and Albin Michel.

In the Eastern Europe, Hachette Polska will publish a line of story books in Poland, and Mirax Blue Black also will produce story books in Hungary. Tarna Enterprises signed a deal to produce magazines in the region.
