Aardman Animation has extended their partnership with D.C. Thomson’s BeanoMax, the U.K. monthly comic.

Characters like Shaun the Sheep and Morph will join Wallace and Gromit in an extended section of the serial comic magazine in a new eight-page segment. The segment will feature regular Shaun the Sheep stories, games, competitions, news from the studio and drawing lessons from Morph (and the studio’s artists and animators).

The extended section was launched in the May issue, available last week.

“Our partnership with BeanoMax is the perfect fit for Aardman and we are delighted to have such a fantastic presence in the magazine, enabling our younger fans to engage regularly with our brands and look forward to new adventures every month,” says Rob Goodchild, head of licensing, Aardman Animations.
