4Sight Licensing Solutions is developing a licensing program for Japanese artist Hokusai Katsushika.

Product plans are in the works for home décor (textiles), home accessories, publishing, stationery and collectibles. The lines are slated to hit select North American retailers in 2011, followed by a European rollout.

"We're tremendously enthusiastic about securing key licensees in the apparel and home furnishings categories to launch this vibrant brand in 2011," says Rosalind Nowicki, executive vice president of licensing and marketing at 4Kids Entertainment, parent company of 4Sight Licensing Solutions.
