2-Dream Acquires World Rights to The Koogles

Seven books are already planned for The Koogles, which follows magical characters created by Mother Nature. Aurora World is the first licensee on board for the plush and gifts categories. Products are expected to roll out in 2011.

"I am thrilled to announce the signing of a new character range from Garcia, perfect for a multi-platform launch to fit in today's market and for collectible. Koogles characters are very appealing," says Armelle Madelin, president at 2-Dream. "The Koogles has already earmarked the publishing and toy sectors. The plan now is for Koogles to ultimately become a multi-platform brand, with first books to be released soon. There may also be an opportunity to revisit the plans for a Koogles animated series."
