This summer, The Emoji Company and Sun Hung Kai Properties joined forces to launch two live activations in two of Hong Kong's biggest shopping centers.
Medialink, the Emoji Company’s Hong Kong licensing agent, brokered the deal.
Emoji The Iconic Brand Sports Fiesta opened June 9 at the Landmark North mall and featured World Cup-inspired icons and more. To fete the occasion, footballers from Manchester United and other teams hosted an event. The 12-week installation also featured on-site activations, such as a training zone, photo ops and a dance troupe.
The Pop Walk x Emoji The Iconic Brand Summer Adventure was open to the public from June 16-Aug. 21 and featured large-scale exhibits that celebrated the company’s icons with pieces from 42 local creators. A roving dance troupe, dress-up contests and makeup parties were among the spotlighted events.
