Xcel Brands has teamed with True Cosmetics to develop a skincare and cosmetics line for fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi, called True Isaac Mizrahi.

The line will include skincare products, color cosmetics and face makeup and will debut on Feb. 9 on Mizrahi's QVC show. The collection will become a regular feature on the twice-weekly show and will also be available at retailers across the U.S. and on the Isaac Mizrahi website. Mizrahi will be the first fashion designer to offer beauty products on QVC.
