Tommy Bahama is continuing a series of sports collaborations with Major League Baseball Properties and the Transpac Yacht Race with a range of branded apparel and other offerings.

The retailer is hitting the high seas with a special collection inspired by Transpac, one of the oldest and longest ocean races in the world that goes from Los Angeles, Calif., to Hawaii.

The exclusive Transpac collection includes a range of performance wear, as well as a limited edition Tommy Bahama panel back shirt featuring the Downward to Paradise logo and custom designed artwork.

Tommy Bahama is also partnering again with race participant Roy P. Disney, captain of the Pyewacket, to wardrobe his crew in the new Transpac pieces for the race as well as supply the traditional “aloha” shirts worn by the sailors as they cross the finish line in Honolulu. The Pyewacket will also display the brand’s logo on its flag and sail.

Tommy Bahama is also continuing it partnership with MLB for the 2013 MLB All-Star Game with a new limited edition shirt and pop-up shop.

The collaboration features a 2013 MLB All-Star Game shirt commemorating the Midsummer Classic.

The retailer has also opened a retail shop within the T-Mobile All-Star FanFest at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City. The shop will be open from Friday through Tuesday and will showcase a variety of Tommy Bahama MLB merchandise including the limited edition 2013 MLB All-Star Game shirt and 2013 collector’s edition shirts that highlight baseball legends like Willie Mays and top teams like the New York Mets along with other Tommy Bahama All-Star Game logoed apparel.

A select number of the Willie Mays collector’s edition shirts that have been autographed by Willie Mays will also be available in the pop-up shop.
