Apparel company PVH (owner of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger) has inked a deal between its subsidiary, Cluett, Peabody & Co, and Seidensticker Private Label for a line of Arrow brand men’s shirts.

“Over the past few years, we have successfully repositioned the Arrow brand in existing European markets and introduced it to new territories,” says Ken Wyse, president of licensing, PVH. “Partnering with Seidensticker, one of the leaders in the European dress shirt market, is a wonderful opportunity to reach new customers and to further evolve the Arrow business.”

Under the agreement, Seidensticker will design and manufacture a variety of Arrow men’s shirts including woven and knit sport shirts and dress shirts. The first shirt collection will be available in January 2013 throughout Europe.
