PVH Corp. and Grupo Axo will close the
previously announced agreement
to form a joint venture in Mexico.
The joint venture was originally formed to operate and manage the distribution of Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Warner’s, Olga and Speedo brand products.
Additionally, PVH expects the transaction to be neutral in its 2016 earnings.
