Puma Spins Shoe for Def Jam’s 35th Anniversary

Puma has announced it will drop a limited-edition pair of sneakers inspired by hip-hop label Def Jam.

The Def Jam x Puma Clyde Court shoes come out during the label’s 35th anniversary in the music recording industry. Set to debut next month, the burgundy sneaker comes with a rubber sole and sock-like collar for extra support.

. “Def Jam is a legendary label in hip-hop, and so much of what we do as a brand, particularly in basketball, is rooted in culture and music. Bringing together two brands with so much history and heritage just made a lot of sense.”

The sneaker is the first in a wave of collaborations between the two brands. Both companies will be working together to create experiences that intertwine music, style and sports over the next two years.
