The London-based Pentland Group has acquired SeaVee’s footwear brand from Santa Barbara, Calif.-based SeaVee’s Inc.

Symphony Investment Partners, a boutique advisory M&A firm, advised SeaVee’s on the transaction value and assisted in negotiating the transaction as well as on ongoing management contracts.
