Hong Kong-based multi-brand fashion retailer Bauhaus has debuted its first Oxford-inspired capsule collection.

Hong Kong-based multi-brand fashion retailer Bauhaus has debuted its first Oxford-inspired capsule collection, in advance of a full range that will launch this fall/winter across its stores in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Macau.

The collegiate style t-shirts, shirts, chinos and jackets in both male and female styles, have been designed with an emphasis on detail and tailoring and are aimed at a youthful, aspirational audience.  

The line was developed in partnership with Oxford Limited, which managing licensing and retail partnerships for the University of Oxford brand.

“Our goal is to build up a fashion brand using Oxford’s heritage to provide consumers with a real lifestyle shopping experience as well as provide trendy and sophisticated clothing for the our consumers in the greater China market,” says George Wong, chairman and chief executive officer, Bauhaus International.

The Bauhaus fashion range is the latest in a series of Oxford apparel partnerships to launch at retail this year: Celio (France), Punch/Lonsdale (Germany), TwinPlay (Malaysia), and Madura Aditi Burla People stores (India).

“Bauhaus has an extensive retail network with over 200 stores and point of sales across Hong Kong, China, Macau and Taiwan,” said Chris Evans, managing director, Oxford Limited. “Their impressive retail reach is matched by their strong design, visual merchandise and marketing teams who will all play their part in connecting Oxford with the stylish Bauhaus customer.”
