The NikeLab has teamed with Japanese fashion house Sacai for its latest collaboration, which re-imagines traditional men's silhouettes for a collection of feminine women's sportswear.
“I’ve always been inspired by classics,” says Chitose Abe, head designer, Sacai. “Working with traditional silhouettes and ideas that often come from utility or performance-based sportswear, I’m interested in creating new hybrids that combine different fabrics and shapes to create an unexpected yet wearable result.”
The NikeLab x Sacai women’s collection will launch globally March 19.
