
Mighty Fine will join Xtreme Worldwide, Lifted Research Group and Neff Headwear in the apparel company’s portfolio.

Under the terms of the acquisition, Mighty Fine will continue to operate as a separate division and will aim to integrate into Mad Engine's infrastructure before the end of this year. Patty Timsawat, co-founder, Mighty Fine, will join Mad Engine to focus on business development while fellow co-founders Guy Brand and Stacy Brand will pursue other opportunities.

In the last 12 months, Mad Engine has acquired Xtreme Worldwide (its Canadian affiliate), Lifted Research Group and Neff Headwear.
