Fender has launched a new licensed apparel collection with Lucky Brand, and is supporting the line with a sweepstakes for music fans.
The new line, which is now available in Lucky stores and online, features men’s and women’s tops and denim, as well as children’s tops.
“The Fender brand resonates very well with Lucky customers and there has been strong demand to expand the line,” says Josh Weiner, vice president, merchandising, Lucky. “We really want to make a statement with the new collection and promote it in a way that is authentic to both brands.”
To do that, Fender has launched a sweepstakes that will see the grand prize winner and one guest receive an all expense paid trip to Los Angeles, where they will visit the iconic Fender guitar and amplifier manufacturing facility, design their own Fender American Design Experience guitar, receive two Fender Mustang II amplifiers and either jam with or get a lesson from a rock star at the world famous NightBird Studios. Ten runners-up will receive Fender Standard Telecaster guitars.
“Lucky has done a great job with this new apparel collection, and we wanted to support it in a way that only Fender can,” says Jeff Quinn, licensing director, Fender.
