Apparel partnership will also benefit Arnie’s Army Charitable Foundation.

In a deal brokered by IMG, Arnold Palmer Enterprises has partnered with Sport Casuals to develop and distribute a range of branded clothing in the U.S.

The multi-year agreement will see Sport Casuals–which specializes in golf, tennis, running and fitness apparel–develop a range of polo shirts, pants and shorts, as well as various outerwear and weather-resistant items for Arnold Palmer. The line will also extend into lifestyle and sportswear, with an emphasis on fashion.

Additionally, the net profits from the range will be donated to Arnie’s Army Charitable Foundation, Arnold Palmer’s recently established philanthropic entity.

“I am so pleased to be able to partner with Sport Casuals, who are not only committed to reintroducing an apparel line of the highest quality, but also share the enthusiasm that my family and I have for giving back and making a positive change in the lives of families and children,” says Arnold Palmer.  “We have spent considerable time and effort identifying the right company to join us in this mission and feel we have created an ideal arrangement.”

The new Arnold Palmer apparel range is slated to hit retailers later this year.
