IMG and Topman have announced a new collaboration between youth brand American Freshman and Jamal Edwards, the founder of online youth broadcaster SB.TV.

The collaboration will see a range of hats available exclusively at Topman's U.K. flagship stores and online beginning Oct. 9.

The collection consists of three baseball caps and two reversible bucket hats created by Edwards in partnership with the American Freshman design team.

Each product is emblazoned with a 3B's logo, which stands for "base, body and business."

“The base: looking after your family. The body: keeping fit and eating healthy, and the business," says Edwards. “As someone who worked in Topman from the age of 16, I never imagined that I would one day have my very own hat range in store. I am so excited to be a part of something that fuses street, digital and high street cultures."

Edwards founded SB.TV at the age of 15 and still runs the music and lifestyle media platform.

“American Freshman embodies the aspirations of youth and, to that end, working with Jamal is the perfect fit," says Matthew Primack, vice president, IMG Licensing. "Freshman is iconic and adventurous, encouraging its customers to dream big and be who you want to be–ambitions synonymous with Jamal. We are truly excited both by this collaboration and the future of the brand as a whole.”
