U.S.-based apparel licensee Hybrid Promotions and Canada-based licensee NTD Apparel have teamed for a new strategic alliance in North America.

Together the two companies plan to sell and create new product lines across their combined distribution channels.

“Many of our licensors turn to Hybrid Apparel as the dominant leader in licensed apparel and have expressed an interest in granting us additional rights in numerous product categories,” says Jarrod Dogan, chief executive officer, Hybrid Apparel. “In order to fully exploit these new categories, we felt it was important to align ourselves with NTD, a highly respected market leader with tremendous product diversification. We are excited about our strategic alliance and also eager to provide NTD with additional resources to expand upon its leading position in Canada.”
