Fruit of the Loom has partnered with Oban Fashions Private, a subsidiary of Rupa and Company, to expand the brand into the Indian market.
Under the terms of the agreement, Oban Fashions will manufacture, distribute, advertise and sell men’s, women’s, boys’ and girls’ innerwear and outerwear.
Oban Fashions will also look to position the brand in the premium segment and will retail the products in 30,000 outlets over the next five years.
