Fashion accessories licenseeFab NY has entered a global licensing partnership with MadPax, the creators of the 3D spike and bubble fabric that is used to create MadPack backpacks and accessories.

The move expands Fab NY's backpack brand offering, joining Yak Pak and Mojo Backpacks, and broadens its footprint in the kids, youth and Millennial market. Fab NY’s propriety backpack brand MoJo launched in 2011 and is known for its big-face graphics and high-def photo prints.

“Having built our proprietary brand MoJo Backpacks, and owning brands Foley + Corinna, Isabella Fiore and Danielle Nicole in the contemporary women’s market through Artisan House, we have excelled at adding value to our licensed partners to fast-track their growth and build on their existing brand equity," says Steve Russo, founder and chief executive officer, Fab NY. "And at the end of the day it’s about working with and building sustainable, innovative and artisanal brands, regardless of brand ownership. I think our reputation for cultivating a brand is what attracts companies to us.”

“With MadPax, we’re utilizing our core competencies of executing the highest quality photo real printing with MadPax’s patented Spike, Bubble and Blok shapes.” The proof is the Galaxy Bubble pack, the first of FAB’s MadPax designs. “We sold out introductory quantities in the first day,” says Elizabeth Denault, digital manager, Fab NY.
