Elie Tahari & Bluestar Alliance Form Joint Venture

Bluestar Alliance will be responsible for day-to-day management and licensing for Tahari and T Tahari under the joint venture agreement.

GLOBAL –Elie Tahari and Bluestar Alliance have joined forces to form new joint venture company, called TBH Brand Holdings.

Under the terms of the partnership, Elie Tahari will contribute the intellectual property for his Tahari and T Tahari brands along with related trademarks. Bluestar Alliance, meanwhile, will handle the day-to-day management and licensing of these brands both domestically and internationally. 

Furthermore, the new company will assume responsibility for the licensing management of the Elie Tahari core trademark, with a focus on expanding the brand's global presence and opening Elie Tahari retail boutiques throughout the world.

In a separate but related transaction, Elie Tahari,  Arthur Levine TahariASL collaborator  and Les Schreiber, TahariASL's chief operating officer and partner,  have contributed the intellectual property of the Tahari ASL trademark into a new joint venture company, called TASL Brand Holdings,. Through the partnership, Levine will continue to spearhead the growth of Tahari ASL.
