Dr. Seuss, Tentree Unveil Eco-Friendly ‘Lorax’ Apparel

The new apparel collection aims to help save the environment.

Tentree, a sustainable apparel brand, is partnering with Dr. Seuss Enterprises for a collaboration featuring the Lorax to provide eco-friendly fashion options this holiday season.

The first Tentree x Dr. Seuss collection drop consists of hoodies, crewnecks, sweatpants and tees for adults and children, all sustainably-made and designed to inspire environmental stewardship. All 22 styles are paired with Dr. Seuss artwork from The Lorax.

The Lorax by Dr. Seuss has been an inspiration to us and so many around the world,” says Derrick Emsley, chief executive officer, Tentree. “The character is the perfect embodiment of all that we inspire to do at Tentree. We speak for the trees and hope that this collaboration serves as a reminder of the incredible things we can do to make a difference.”

With the purchase of each product, Tentree will plant 10 trees. As of today, Tentree has planted more than 50 million trees around the world to create jobs, provide food security and offset millions of tons of carbon emissions.

“Tentree’s commitment to environmentally-friendly, sustainably-made fashion really makes them stand out as a perfect partner for The Lorax,” says Susan Brandt, president, Dr. Seuss Enterprises. “We know the line they have created will appeal to the many Lorax fans who love the art and characters of the story, but also want to protect the planet.”

The first collection can be found here and is available now.
