Fashion brands 7 For All Mankind, Splendid and Ella Moss join Delta portfolio.

Delta Galil Industries, a global manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label apparel, has acquired three brands from VF Corporation–7 For All Mankind, Splendid and Ella Moss.

The acquisition is expected to add more than $300 million to Delta Galil’s annual sales and to be accretive to the company’s earnings in 2017.

The three newly acquired brands join the company’s portfolio which includes brands such as P.J. Salvage, Schiesser, KN Karen Neuberger, Nearly Nude, LittleMissMatched and FIX.

“This transaction reflects our strategic efforts to grow Delta Galil’s branded business and expand our global footprint,” says Isaac Dabah, chief executive officer, Delta Galil. “We are thrilled to be adding three renowned premium brands to our portfolio, as they further diversify our product offering and distribution channels, while adding significant strength to our structure. We see tremendous opportunity to expand the brands’ platform for growth through continued focus on superior quality, design and innovation.”

VF Corp. will continue to keep The North Face, Vans, Timberland, Wrangler, Lee and Nautica, among others, in its corporate portfolio.
