June 10, 2019

Bogart is a Hong Kong-based manufacturer of fashion bras, intimate apparel, sportswear and swimwear. The company is a preferred strategic partner for brands including Victoria’s Secret, PVH, Jockey, Adore Me, Vanity Fair and Hanes. Bogart’s portfolio recorded more than $230 million in consolidated sales in 2018.
Delta Galil’s impending deal with Bogart sees the company take ownership of the company along with its subsidiaries lace manufacturer Brunet and padding maker B&B. The acquisition is expected to close at the beginning of Q3.
“This is a unique strategic opportunity where I see great potential for Delta to leverage Bogart’s strong market position to further build its company, while also helping Delta’s business units expand to the next phase of growth,” says Isaac Dabah, chief executive officer, Delta Galil.
The Bogart Group agreement follows Delta Galil’s recent purchase of underwear and t-shirt business Eminence Group. As part of the deal, sports label Athena and Italian brand Liable joined Delta’s portfolio of companies.
