The new line will include the launch of an Adidas Hu NMD shoe customized by Williams and marks the first time Williams has designed a product for the design label.
Other exclusives from Chanel’s takeover of the concept store’s first floor include limited edition t-shirts designed by Karl Lagerfeld, creative director at Chanel, and a music compilation by Michel Gaubert, who designs the soundtracks for Chanel’s runway shows. Other events planned for the takeover event include makeup tutorial workshops held every Friday, live-action painting by American graffiti artist Futura 2000 and a showcase concert by the French-Cuban group Ibeyi.
