Boohoo Group has snagged the remaining brands from Arcadia Group after Asos acquired the Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge and HIIT brands.

Boohoo has agreed to purchase the Dorothy Perkins, Burton and Wallis brands for just more than $34 million. Boohoo has agreed to pay around $11 million for clothing stock as well.

In addition to this latest deal, Boohoo has bought the Debenhams brand and e-commerce business.

"Acquiring these well-known brands in British fashion out of administration ensures their heritage is sustained, while our investment aims to transform them into brands that are fit for the current market environment," John Lyttle, chief executive, Boohoo Group told BBC News.

"We have a successful track record of integrating British heritage fashion brands onto our proven multi-brand platform, and we are looking forward to bringing these brands on board."
