U.K.-based Arcadia Group and Bhs owner Philip Green has bought a 28.5 percent stake in the Moss Bros Group of menswear stores from the beleaguered Icelandic retail investor Baugur. Moss is the third largest retailer of men's tailoring after Marks & Spencer and Arcadia's Burton fascia. Green has not ruled out making an all-out bid for the Moss business.
