Authentic Brands Group is strengthening the Juicy Couture brand, which it acquired in fall 2013, with new concept stores in the U.S., an expanded product line and updated e-commerce site.

A series of new Juicy Couture concept stores will be opened in the U.S. and Canada beginning in 2015. The new stores will be located in key, high-traffic locations such as New York City, Los Angeles and Vancouver, and will replace existing Juicy Couture stores in the U.S., which are being phased out.

The brand will also continue to expand on its nearly 200 retail locations in international markets, working closely with partners in Asia, Europe (FF Group) and the Middle East (MAF). Additionally, another 127 stores and shop-in-shops are expected to open over the next five years in major cities across the globe.

On the licensing front, The Juicy Couture Black Label Collection is being expanded by ABG with new offerings in intimates, kidswear and footwear, with a focus on opening girls’ and intimates free-standing shops internationally.

Licensing partners for the global Juicy Couture Black Label Collection include Elizabeth Arden (fragrance), Steve Madden (footwear), Movado (watches), Safilo (eyewear), Contour (tech accessories) and Swimwear Anywhere (swimwear).

ABG is also re-launching JuicyCouture.com, the global e-commerce and brand site to offer consumers around the world greater access to the Juicy Couture Black Label Collection.
