The National Gallery Company has tapped The Wildflower Group to serve as its licensing representative in North America.
As representative, The Wildflower Group will develop a multilevel licensing strategy that includes both a proprietary e-commerce destination and brick-and-mortar opportunities in the region.
Key categories will consist of home decoration, stationery, gift, publishing, fashion and accessories. The National Gallery Company aims to expand across the globe.
“I am delighted to be working with The Wildflower Group as our licensing agency in the U.S., based in New York,” says Judith Mather, buying and brand licensing director, National Gallery Company. “The National Gallery Company are excited by the online and brick-and-mortar opportunities in this region. This is part of our strategic ambition to grow the National Gallery brand internationally.”
TWG, NGC and NGC's appointed U.K. licensing agent JELC will work together to tailor the program for a North American audience.
