New London-based licensing agency Lodato Productions has signed on to represent comedic actress Carol Burnett and her new lifestyle brand Carol.

Lodato is currently in discussions with several licensees for the Carol brand and will also be licensing well-known characters from “The Carol Burnett Show” including Mrs. Wiggins, Starlet O’Hara, Nora Desmond, Little Miss Showbiz, Theda Clara and Charwoman.

Available categories include apparel and accessories, spa and anti-aging, gourmet experiences and wealth management.

“We are very honored and excited to be representing Ms. Burnett,” says Vincenzo Lodato, principal, Lodato Productions. “The Carol brand embodies the very essence of “living your bliss.”

Based on Carol Burnett’s life philosophy, the Carol brand mixes style with humor.

Famous for her humor on and off screen, Burnett has won 12 People’s Choice awards, eight Golden Globes and six Emmys. She is also a playwright, best-selling author and Kennedy Center honoree.
