Junji Itô is a renowned manga creator and artist, whose most notable works include “Tomie.” Reemsborko will serve as the agent for “The Junji Itô Collection” in Europe. The property’s licensing and merchandising program has already launched in the U.S. at retailers such as Hot Topic and Urban Outfitters.

“I’m highly delighted to be working on this great property,” says Max Arguile, owner, Reemsborko. “Horror, in general, is established as a licensable genre in the U.S. and is rapidly doing the same in Europe. Anime is also growing hugely and is starting to cross into the mainstream. This lifestyle brand is anime for adults–horror with a touch of humor. The timing in Europe is right for Junji Itô.”
