U.K.-based production company Acamar Films has appointed three new agents to represent its “Bing” series in three global regions.
The new appointments include Megalicense (Russia), CPLG (CEE) and Alicom Licensing (the Nordics). All three agencies will assist Acamar in identifying licensing opportunities for the “Bing” properties in their designated regions.
“We are delighted to have the opportunity to work on such a popular preschool series,” says Zakhar Nazarenko, chief executive officer, Megalicense. “The combination of high-quality animation, educational story-telling and strong broadcast partners are a winning combination for a long and successful licensing program in Russia.”
“Bing” has expanded its market internationally in recent months. The series recently landed a slew of television deals around the globe in order to develop the show in global markets.
