Affinity Brand Partners has announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with the Cruz Azul Football Club to produce and sell wearable and hearable technology accessories and branded phone cases. David Schowalter, owner, Affinity Brand Partners, announced the deal.

The watchbands are available in three materials – silicone, leather and stainless steel – and most of the bands also fit traditional watches.

“Apple Watches and the entire wearable and hearable technology sector is one of the fastest tech categories in the world,” says Schowalter. “We’re pleased that a popular global brand such as the Cruz Azul Football Club can see this and the value of partnering with Affinity to bridge together the world’s most recognized sports franchises with the people utilizing this technology.”

The three-year, non-exclusive agreement is to produce branded bands for smartwatches, phone covers, case covers that are compatible with all major brands of smartwatches and ear buds. This agreement is for the North American market.
