Since making the call for submissions for Licensing Expo’s Show Dailies last week, we’ve been getting a lot of questions about the publication exclusive to the event held at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas May 21-23. License Global has answers to often-asked questions about the Show Dailies.

Q: How are the Show Dailies different from License Global?

A: The Show Dailies are print publications exclusive to Licensing Expo in Las Vegas and Brand Licensing Europe in London. While License Global covers the brand licensing industry, the License Global Show Dailies covers news about exhibitors, show events, keynotes and industry parties.

I’m attending Licensing Expo. Can I send a press release for the Show Dailies?

That depends. If you are attending as an exhibitor, then yes. Since the Show Dailies are exclusively for show exhibitors, we will hold attendee news for coverage post-event.

I’m exhibiting at the show. What should I send for the Show Dailies?

If you are an exhibitor, you can send License Global up to three press releases and high-res images (1MB, 5x7, up to 300dpi) for the Show Dailies.

I’d like to have my press releases run on a certain day. How do I ensure that our press release runs on the requested day?

When sending your press releases to License Global, please note which day the press release should run on. Please also note if the news is under embargo. We will do our best to accommodate.

I have news to share, but it’s not ready yet. Can you hold space for my news?

While we want to cover all exhibitors’ news, we cannot reserve space in the Show Dailies.

I hear there are “live” pages for Show Dailies on Days 2 and 3. What does that mean?

While Show Daily Day 1 is prepared ahead of the show, we leave some pages open in Show Daily Day 2 and Show Daily Day 3 for late-breaking news. However, space fills up quickly. If you have breaking news on May 21 and 22, please send it to us before noon local time.

Finally, where do I send our press releases?

Show exhibitors can send press releases and images to [email protected]. Further information about how to submit for Licensing Expo 2024 Show Dailies, can be found here.
